At All-in-One House, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping to all our customers across the United States. This Shipping Policy complies with Google Merchant Center policies and ensures transparency regarding delivery timelines, shipping rates, and order processing.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
✔ All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
✔ P.O. Boxes (via USPS only)
✔ APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

🔹 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
🔹 Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL (for certain locations)
Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Expedited and Express shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or lost shipments.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
✔ Tracking number
✔ Estimated delivery date
✔ Carrier details
Track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
1️⃣ Check the tracking information for updates.
2️⃣ Allow 48 hours for potential carrier delays.
3️⃣ If the package has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at support@all-inonehouse.com.
Lost Package? We will issue a replacement or refund for lost shipments confirmed by the carrier.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers must enter a valid shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or defective:
📸 Take clear photos of the damage.
📩 Email us at support@all-inonehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the damaged item after verification.
9. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before shipping.
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
- Address modifications are allowed before the order ships—contact us immediately.
