1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or customized in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods, food items, and personal hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital downloads and gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@all-inonehouse.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation and must be returned following the standard return process.
