S-Force will match your individual stride and the magnetic system will automatically increase resistance the harder you work. This progressively improves fast-twitch muscle fiber to help you improve your sprint. Pair with the Sprint 8 program, exclusive to Matrix Fitness, to burn fat and build lean muscle like no other workout can.
